Group training sessions are targeted at improving players' strength, speed, and flexibility with the goal to create resilient athletes that can play to their potential while at the same time minimize injury risk.
Private and small group sessions are targeted to athletes' individual needs. This is done by assessing the players strengths and weaknesses both on the court and in the gym in order to diagnose their specific fitness needs. A program is then designed to enhance any physical deficits while at the same time, improving their strengths.
